I had a really hard time deciding on a ‘saur name for myself. I now have a little inkling of how hard it’s going to be to come up with a name for a baby! I chose the name Luckysaur because even though I’ve worked hard for some of the things in my life there are some things that I think I’ve just lucked out in getting. I have a wonderful, loving, and supportive family. I have some very close friends that I consider part of that group as well. I have the best husband a girl could ask for that is 100% on board, probably even more than I was at the beginning, with TTC. Last but not least, I’m lucky to have stumbled upon this blog and to be given the opportunity to share my experiences with all of you.
Mr. Luckysaur and I became husband and wife on April 25th (yep, only a little over 2 months ago) at our beach wedding in Florida. We knew that we wanted children and that we didn’t want to wait too long after getting married to start TTC. I went off of BCP’s on June 14th after being on them for 15 of my 32 years. I still can’t believe that hormones have regulated my cycles for almost half of my life! I remember my cycles being very regular prior to starting BCP’s, but it’s been so long ago now that I haven’t a clue as to their length. I’m currently at day 16 in my cycle and facing my first two week wait. Only time and my chart will tell of we’re inching closer to a BFP on our first TTC cycle. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Welcome! I’m new to the blog and this is our first time TTC as well. We’re actually officially starting in September, I just ended BCP too and I’m giving it some time to adjust. Good luck to you!
